Bright, airy two-bedroom corner apartment, approx. 700 sq ft, fully furnished, with bay windows in both bedrooms. The master bedroom has a queen bed, and the second bedroom has a full size sofa bed and a toddler bed (instead of the crib in the photograph). The toddler bed can be removed if necessary.
4th floor walk-up, with a view of the Empire State Building, close to East River Ferry and subway. The best part of Greenpoint, and only 20 minutes to Manhattan!
Our apartment has hard wood floors, beautiful sunlight and cross breezes from the East River - right on the up-and-coming Franklin Street with boutique shops, restaurants and bars. It's a 15 minute walk to North Williamsburg, but has the quiet charm of Greenpoint. There is C-Town supermarket 1 block away and an organic grocery 3 blocks away.
20 minutes to Manhattan:
- G Train is 1 block away (2 stops to L train, 2 stops to E, M and 7 trains)
- East River Ferry 3 blocks away (10 minutes to 34th street, 30 min to Wall street, 20 minutes to Dumbo)
The apartment is equipped with hi speed wifi and there is an A/C window unit for the living room (usually cools the entire apartment.)
We do NOT have:
- microwave, television, or cable
- laundry in the building (there's a laundromat around the corner)
- elevator (apartment is a 4th floor walk-up)

Sam is a documentary filmmaker and Catherine is a choreographer, and we have a 3-year old. We've lived in this apartment 5 years. We will be traveling and look forward to leaving our apartment in loving hands. We always find great people through the Listings Project!
